We contract directly with the owner or the forest association: no intermediary, no marketing fee. Mixed-species planting suited to the site, not a monoculture. Thirty-year minimum permanence, with monitoring at least every five years.

The owner sends the location and rough size of the holding.

An offer follows in writing: lease or purchase.
